BBNC aspires to provide benefits to its shareholders by creating employment opportunities for shareholders and their families. Therefore, in accordance with the intent of ANSCA to benefit Alaska Natives and the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, P.L. 93-638, BBRS grants an employment preference first, to BBNC Shareholders, their spouses or descendants; and second, to Alaska Natives who meet the qualifications of the position.
