Bristol Bay Resource Solutions offers internships through our multiple service lines. Our internship programs are based around the administrative core of any business: Accounting, Contract Administrative Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing and Communications.
The opportunity to get hands-on, professional mentoring from seasoned professionals creates a stronger and more reliable workforce. This in turn builds better business and results in generous returns for all. In addition, interns acquire an understanding of what is expected of them in a professional corporate culture, as well as working within a subsidiary of an Alaska Native Corporation.

I am enjoying working in a BBNC company! I feel empowered by working here with the dedicated professionals striving to enhance our Native way of life. My first week has come to an end; at the beginning of my first week I was well taken care of, making me feel welcome. So far I have done an orientation, was introduced to graphic design and film making, and attended meetings about marketing strategy. Right away I was assigned tasks to keep me busy and begin my learning experience. BBRS has a way of keeping employees in the loop and keeping them on track. This skill is already improving my time management, which is crucial in balancing college and family life. I’m off to a great start. I feel positive and happy to be working again. I’m actually getting to do what I want to do in terms of career interests and it keeps me engaged. I am truly grateful and excited to see what is in store ahead of me.
Waqaa! I am Rachelle Griffitts from Ekwok, Alaska. This is my first week as a Communications Intern with Bristol Bay Native Corporation subsidiary BBRS. I just completed my first semester of college at UAA. This internship is an exciting opportunity for me to learn and grow within my native corporation. The people here are so nice and welcoming. I look forward to the different projects I will be doing and I am appreciative that BBRS supports my subsistence lifestyle. Feels good to take a break from college and still gain new skills that will help me with my career goals.
